Response to perturbations

Giving the wheel a push: returns back to one cup empty
state (same cup remains empty).
Filling a marked cup and draining the others: the marked
cup becomes the empty cup and this was insenstive to slight
changes in initial conditions.

Description

Started the run by filling the marked cup and rolling the wheel
anti-clockwise.

Regular bi-directional with one empty cup. One cup occasionally overflows.
The position of the empty cup changed (moved anticlockwise) during the
first ~1/2 hour of the run (period of ~8 minutes) but then seemed to
settle. A big transient?
